A group of Daoist monks visit the Citadel to pray for peace.  The Citadel is the site of a long and bloody fire fight that took place when the North Vietnamese Army and Viet Cong launched a surprise attack on the Army of the Republic of South Vietnam and the United States Marine Corps who were occupying the city of Hue in 1968.
